December LSAT Last Minute Prep

It was just a few years ago today that I was preparing to take the LSAT for the first time. October had rolled in, and even though I was scheduled to take the exam in December, I still hadn't studied. Then came November, still no studying. Finally, Thanksgiving came along and I said "Shit!" I better start studying for the LSAT. Last minute LSAT prep is better than no LSAT prep. I was lucky enough to get my hands on what I now consider the best LSAT prep guide on the market today. I needed something cheap, easy to get and something with a proven record - afterall, I only had less than 10 days before I took the exam. I was lucky enough to get the Morrison Media LSAT Secrets program. For me it really made a difference. I never suspected that with approx. 40 hours of study time I could master all of the core LSAT concepts in time to take the December LSAT. Lucky for me, I did! I scored a full 15 points higher on my official LSAT than I had scored with my practice tests. I was so damn happy! I wouldn't need to take the LSAT again and ultimately, I was able to get into my second choice law school.

The Morrison guide, instantly down loadable, will give you instant access to all LSAT tips, LSAT tricks, and LSAT strategies you need to understand in order to get the best possible LSAT score. To register for the LSAT, visit LSAC.org.

Getting Into Law School

Getting into law school is tough business. I'm sorry so many people are disappointed with their LSAT scores. The LSAT test really in many way stinks. But you can succeed in getting into law school - trust me, I did!

I can say this, don't lose hope and keep doing everything within your power to improve your lsat, your GPA, your application and your interview skills (if you have a face to face at a law school) - - Keep the faith! You'll reach your goals and beat the admissions process. Sure, you might not get into Harvard but, if you work hard enough, you won't be one of the 40,000 who fail to get in anywhere every single year.

How To Get Into Law School

A new ebook has popped up to compete in the law school admissions space. It is called "Getting Into Law School : The 7 Secrets To Law School Admissions". I've reviewed this resource and I have found it to be a valuable resource regarding how to get into law school. It's not a cure all for bad grades and a bad GPA, but it def. is a useful if you want to put together the best possible law school application. 3 stars - B average

165 LSAT - Almost a Really Good Score!

165 LSAT - You Almost Guaranteed You Will Be Rich and Powerful!

High scores, like a 165 lsat, don’t spell automatic admission to top law schools- although in the big scheme of things, they are pretty darn close!

You should be excited and proud that you did so well on one of the most challenging exams in the world.

So, you scored a 165 on your LSAT this October you may be thinking: "What Next?"

Again, congrats! You’re probably (rightly) thinking you will gain admission to one of the top law schools in the country! But, be cognizant that a 165 lsat, even if you have a fantastic undergrad record, will probably not be enough to get you into a top law school. Unless you take further action to help yourself. I followed this exact method below and got into a top 20 law school despite 163 lsat and 2.8 undergrad GPA!

For starters. you’re going to need to get busy overcoming this score in your application. We’re in the thick of the law school application process right now and there really isn't a moment to spare!

Seriously, don’t waste another minute. Your law school application needs to be perfect. What constitutes a perfect application (in lieu of a 180 lsat and a 4.0 undergrad GPA):

  • Leveraging your work experience. Tell the law school admissions officers why your work experience is more important than your academic record, or at least as in important.
  • Detailing how you overcame hardship. Don’t pass on adding an addendum to your application detailing the hardships you’ve overcome.
  • Tout your diversity (race, religion, socio-economic background…whatever you’ve got!) in your personal statement and how this makes you a desirable applicant.
Isn't this all common commonsensical? Yet, so many people forget to cover the basics and these easy steps will go along way to really, really helping you out. If you need more ideas, some real world examples and additional trips and strategies:

If you still need help crafting the perfect law school admissions application, you’ll need Covert Tactics. This is the one book that taught me all these tips and tricks that helped me get into law school (and hopefully, pass the bar next year!). It really changed my life. If you need help or are worried, pick it up! You won't be disappointed.

The December LSAT

The December LSAT is nearly here! The December LSAT is rapidly becoming one of the most popular LSAT exams of the year. Be sure to give yourself at least four weeks to study using the best LSAT prep and make sure you have your basic December LSAT information down pat.

So, please don't waste another minute - getting studying. I gave myself nearly 4 weeks to study and it was really the perfect amount of time to study for the LSAT as I peaked the week of the exam and really was primed (and not exhausted) when I sat for the exam.

Don't Over Study For The LSAT! To Much Prep Can Be A Bad Thing
